Our work is different from any you have read. It is the re-sult of experiment and cultivation on ourselves-our own body, mind, and spirit. As the first to benefit from these studies and this research, we have become, in essence, real human test subjects. What we've done is combine the best that modern science has to offer on longevity with methods proven valid over thousands of years of practice.

This work is not another fashionable free lunch on longev-ity-hot for a couple of years only to be proven ineffective. We don't believe in fashions. What we present is a true journey to vi-brant health.
We call our seven protocols PingLongevity. The name comes from the Chinese word ping, meaning peace, health, and luck. It reflects the tai chi-the perfect blend of yin and yang, with yin in yang, and yang in yin. In people, it means balance and vi-brant health.

PingLongevity is a complete way to live younger, more en-joyably, and longer. It consists of seven longevity protocols, eight fundamental herbal formulas, and eight meridian balance tests. The goal is to dramatically increase our life span while looking and feeling decades younger than others in the same age group. It combines thousands of years of Taoism longevity (based on the I-Ching energy cycle, five elements, yin-yang, and Taoist alchemy) and extensive modern anti-aging research. It peels to the very core and explains the things that really make a difference.

Although PingLongevity is the result of refining modern and ancient methods, it differs from them too. For example, we recommend eating raw and live food. This is counter to traditional Chinese medicine, which requires eating medium temperature and cooked food. Our program differs from modern medicine too. In many regards, we are controversial in opposing conventional wis-dom and fashionable trends. We don't believe in hard exercises. We want to have less wearing and tearing of muscles, tendons, and joints. We don't strictly count vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and fibers. We make sure the body can efficiently absorb and utilize them. We don't believe in feast-and-fast weight control schemes. We want a constant ideal weight. We don't believe that the more hormones (HGH, testosterone, DHEA, etc.), the better. Instead, we look for constant, sustained hormonal balance.

We also don't look at the body as separate organs, tissues, cells, DNA's, and so on. We see the body/mind/spirit as a unified energy system connected to the universe. We agree with the no-tion that sexual activeness is a sign of vitality, but we differ en-tirely on the leakage of potent sexual energies as practiced in the modern world. We look for returning to the pre-pubic period as opposed to the accelerated growth to maturity occurring today.

We are realists. We don't wait until everything is "scien-tifically proven." We consider thousands of years of practice to be more reliable than fly-by-night data advertised in fads. We want to see an impact on our current life rather than waiting many years for advancements in science and technology. We like data-driven sci-ence but are very careful in reading it. It is too easy to draw con-clusions based on data, which can be only as accurate as you see it. Blind men touching different parts of an elephant will describe the elephant in different ways.

We look for the fundamentals. For example, it is conven-tional wisdom to increase HGH and testosterone levels as well as metabolic rate. Instead, we seek an efficient body mechanism that would normally keep these at a low level, with an output much more effective than usual. Therefore, the body keeps itself vital for a much longer time.
The method presented here represents our continued re-search and development of the fundamental longevity method at PingClinic, LLC, and associated doctors, herbalists, and anti-aging research institutions in China.
